Refund and Returns Policy

Noorz Boutique does not offer any ‘Exchange’ or ‘Returns’ for any of the products.

No returns will be excepted on quality basis as we do quality check for our every dispatch and also based on customer reviews.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please report within 24 hrs if any damage, late reporting will not be acknowledged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@noorzboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Discounted Items cannot be returned/exchanged.
  • Unstitched articles once stitched will not be entertained.
  • Please note that the product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources, or your monitor settings. Thus, products are not eligible for exchange for these particular reasons.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We have no existing refund policy. However, in case of unavailability of stock, or if the product is in a defective condition, refunds may be exempted. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within approximately two weeks of being processed. Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
